Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Shipping

Pieces are made and shipped from Burlington, North Carolina. Ready-made artwork ships within two business days. Custom pieces ship within three business days of completion; custom mandala commissions ship within approximately 10 days of confirmation. Shipping is available within the United States only. Free U.S. shipping is available on most items.

Cancellations & refunds

Because each piece is handcrafted and many works are one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to approve the cancellation before the artwork ships, any card payment will be refunded to the original payment method and any Asja’s Thread Art gift-certificate amount used on the order will be restored to that certificate. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Custom-order sales are final once production begins.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, email us within 24 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging and we will work with you to make it right.
